BlueAnt T1: best wind noise reduction and rugged construction

Author: John Pope

Finally a bluetooth headset I don’t have to worry about being too sensible and that can be tossed away in a bag without too much care. We give you the BlueAnt T1 rugged headset that comes with two silicon covers (one black, one white) that will cushion hard impacts with the kitchen floor or other hard surfaces.

That’s not all, as the BlueAnt T1 is also the best headset on market when it comes to wind noise reduction, being able to offer clear sound transmissions in windy conditions of up to 22 mph. It can also be paired with two devices simultaneously and stays connected with them even when taking calls, allowing you to switch back and forth between two callers on different devices.

Voice activation works with all the 2000 numbers that can be stored din the internal address book of the BlueAnt T1. When an incoming call is detected, the device says out loud the name of the caller, and you can simply say “Answer” or “Ignore” to acknowledge the action you want taken. The internal battery is good for 6 hours talk time and 120 standby, more than reasonable for any road warrior.
