Bluetooth 3.0 growth chart was already drawn
Bluetooth 3.0 + HS didn’t even hit shelves and the previsioned growth chart was presented to public by SIG (the organization that handles this standard). SIG predicts that at the end of 2010 up to 23% of bluetooth enabled devices will feature 3.0 compatibility and this number will grow up to 61% by end 2011.
The plan is to initialy launch products such as USB dongles, then modules for headsets, netbooks/notebooks and various other consumer products. Even further in time, by 2013, the market will swallow up to 300 millions Bluetooth 3.0 + HS devices. Hope their plan will come true
