Bluetooth technology in medical field

Author: John Pope

Usually Bluetooth is used for multimedia purposes and businesses but there are fields you didn’t even thought of like a medicinal purpose for Bluetooth gadgets. One of those gadgets is the Bluetooth stethoscope built by 3M Health Care. Of course it doesn’t use Bluetooth to transfer sound to the earpieces, but to transfer information to a nearby computer that also records what the doctor hears, for later study.

That’s what I call an advanced headset. Ah, and the Littman Electronic Stethoscope has noise cancellation plus greater sound quality. And what’s good is that the price for this medical equipment is only 379$.
