I don’t understand why people don’t use a bluetooth hands free kit when traveling by car as it might make them less prone to cause an accident by just investing a few dozen bucks into a cheap gadget that might one day save your life. I guess that’s human nature but that’s not what I want to talk to you about today, but about the Iogear external solar powered hands free kit, a nice device that doesn’t need recharging (unless you’re a frequent night traveler).

For 70$ you get a bluetooth hands free that can be mounted on your car’s windshield of visor (your choice). It allows multi point connections to more than one cell phone you can switch between. Functions like echo cancellation and noise reduction come in handy, along with the volume and mute buttons. Being a pretty hefty device, but Bluetooth accessories standard, you get 11 to 13 hours talk time, which is plenty for even the most demanding users. A must have if your car doesn’t come equipped with Bluetooth connectivity already.
